A DotNet Technical Lead plays a crucial role in driving technical excellence and delivering successful software solutions within the .NET ecosystem.

  • Define and create the software architecture for .NET applications.
  • Design and review system and application architecture, ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of .NET developers.
  • Set project goals and objectives, and ensure they are met.
  • Coordinate with project managers to plan and execute software development projects.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in .NET languages (e.g., C#).
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.
  • Code review and mentor junior developers to maintain coding standards.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand project requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Implement and oversee testing strategies, including unit testing and integration testing.
  • Ensure the quality and reliability of software deliverables.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design documents, and coding standards.
  • Build and lead a cohesive development team, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
  • Allocate tasks and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.
  • Oversee the deployment process and ensure smooth releases.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate build and deployment processes.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Keep project documentation up to date.
  • Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies and best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools for the project.
  • Ensure the team follows industry best practices in software development.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology and related degree and/or equivalent experience.
